  Took phone in for a small issue, they damaged it even more and now the phone's dead. Managers response was 'what do you want me to do about it?'. They had the phone for 6 weeks and didn't call me I had to keep calling and in the end I just went in there and that's when they finally told me the phone was dead. They're being reported and will need to give compensation. Manager refused to give owners name. They are scammers!
